Rippling Onsite Coding Round Senior SWE - recent experiences?
Victor Goswami•13d agoRippling seems to have updated their onsite AI coding round. From what I’ve been told, it now involves implementing a feature in an existing codebase with AI assistance, rather than solving a standalone coding problem with an AI assistnat.
Has anyone taken this version recently? Would appreciate any insight into the format, codebase, tooling, and what interviewers focus on evaluating.
